Daniel Black

Daniel grew up in Nagambie (central Victoria) and attended secondary school in Shepparton. He then moved to Melbourne to study commerce at Melbourne University, then law at RMIT. In 2014, after living in Melbourne for 10 years, Daniel moved to Geelong. Daniel and his family are now settled in Geelong, where they enjoy the proximity to Melbourne as well as the lifestyle of the Surf Coast.

After becoming a Nationally Accredited Mediator in 2022, Daniel established Vic Mediation to put his skills to use in helping people involved in contested will disputes to try and reach an out of court settlement.

Daniel's calm demeanour, together with over 12 years' experience as a wills and estates lawyer, puts people at ease while directing them to focus on the key issues and sensitivities in a contested will dispute.

Having lived and worked in rural, regional and metro areas, Daniel can relate to people from all walks of life.
